Description:
This position supports the Head of Emerging Business, Latin America; the Head of Data Analytics & Business Insights; and the VP of Distribution in Sony Pictures Television's Miami division. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating travel, processing expense reports and purchase orders, answering phones, and handling mail and filing. Additional duties include translations, creating PowerPoint presentations, and organizing special events. The role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities:
• Travel Arrangements (20%): Coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring cost-effectiveness and preparation of detailed itineraries and business packets.
• Calendars (33%): Maintain complex schedules, staying on top of changes.
• Accounts Payable (13%): Process purchase orders and track them until services are rendered.
• Expense Reports (10%): Create and track monthly corporate expense reports.
• Approvals (5%): Track approval requests for travel, payments, and corporate expenses.
• Conference/Meetings (5%): Organize video calls and meetings, including agendas and room reservations.
• Translations/Presentations (2%): Translate documents and prepare PowerPoint presentations.
• Special Events (2%): Assist in organizing events such as conventions and budget meetings.
• Supplies (2%): Order department supplies via Ariba.
• IT Needs (2%): Liaise with IT for computer and phone equipment support.
• Inter-company Communication (2%): Collaborate with assistants in other divisions.
• Research (2%): Analyze TV network and platform performance data.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
