This is a Full Time Job
This Executive Assistant position will support the Sr. EVP / General Counsel and SVP, Transformation at Sony Pictures Entertainment. The Sr. EVP/General Counsel is the Company's most senior legal advisor with oversight responsibility for all legal matters relating to SPE and each of its operating division's global operations encompassing motion picture and television production, acquisition and distribution, media networks, digital content creation and distribution, operation of studio facilities and the development of new entertainment products, services, and technologies. The SVP, Transformation is responsible for the development and execution of the General Counsel Dept's strategic plan across people, processes, and systems to deliver the most value from the organization to SPE.
General responsibilities will include:
• Prioritizing and facilitating meetings, action items and tasks for executives supported, often in coordination with other senior level executives' priorities and calendars
• Scheduling and preparing for meetings which include conference room prep, agendas, calendar invites, and distribution of pertinent related documents
• Managing documents and facilitating the flow of information between different departments and key stakeholders (verbal and written), with attention to time-sensitive follow-ups
• Arranging travel, offsite meeting planning, and all aspects of team meetings/events
• Managing travel, meetings, and events budgets and processing related expense reports
• Handling phone coverage and managing executive office area including in-person visitors
• Other general administrative duties (updating databases, creating and maintaining organizational distribution lists, managing subscriptions, processing mail, copying, filing, etc.)
• Miscellaneous duties as required
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior level executive assistant capacity, Studio experience preferred
• Execute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and multi-task with ease
• Take initiative, prioritize workload effectively, and maintain a solutions-oriented mindset
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, proactively identify issues, and make timely decisions
• Effectively collaborate with all levels of the organizations and contribute beyond your range of responsibilities when necessary
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and delivering accurate work product
• Exercise professionalism, instill trust, and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills, specifically MS O365 Product Suite
