We currently have an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our Singapore office on a 4 – 5month contract, ideally starting in May 2025.
Working with our fantastic People and Organisation (HR) team for APAC, in this role you will support day to day HR operations of the employee life cycle from hire to retire. This will include activities related to onboarding/induction/offboarding, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration and other related HR functions for our offices in the APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities will include:
• Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job advertisement, scheduling of interviews and contract preparation
• Manage employee on-boarding and off boarding set up process, personnel files creation and maintenance, exit formalities, IT coordination for new hires and leavers and setting up of systems
• Support in preparation of monthly organization charts
• Support all day-to-day HR operations matter
• Support HR team on HR projects
• Raising of Purchase Orders, vendor profile creation and tracking of payment status/SOA
Candidate Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Typically 1 to 3 years of HR administration experience preferred
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• This is a full time, 4 to 5 month contract. Candidates should ideally be available to start in May 2025 and must be able to commit to the full duration of the contract.
