Position Summary:
The Sr. Analyst, Legal Operations will work closely with the SVP of Transformation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the General Counsel Group (GCG) by supporting strategy development, financial management, and operational improvements. The role includes project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams, focusing on optimizing technology and operational processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning & Transformation: Support the development of strategic plans, data analysis, and preparation of executive presentations to communicate GCG transformation strategies. Contribute to updates for the MRP planning cycle and assist in developing Legal Ops department objectives.
• Financial Planning & Results: Lead the development of the GCG budget, forecasts, and funding requests for department initiatives. Monitor and optimize spend and vendor relationships, providing metrics to highlight progress and results.
• Technology Transformation: Manage data analytics and project management tasks to support new and existing technology projects, focusing on improving GCG's use of IT systems and tools.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams such as P&O and Finance to manage headcount reporting and serve as the central resource for all corporate and operational business inquiries related to GCG.
• Employee Engagement & Cultural Initiatives: Assist the SVP with employee engagement activities, including Pro Bono Council, D&I initiatives, and other organizational events.
• Special Projects & Administrative Support: Provide additional support for special projects and administrative duties as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment with strong finance and data analysis skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in financial management, data analytics, and project management
• Technology-savvy with a focus on optimizing operational processes
Salary Range:
• $85,000 - $110,000 annually
