Job Description:
The Unscripted Production Senior Manager will oversee the internal and operational production processes for unscripted formats in LATAM and US Hispanic markets. The role involves budgeting, supervising production schedules, and collaborating with teams to ensure successful production outcomes.

Core Responsibilities:
• Create budgets for various unscripted formats in LATAM.
• Maintain and supervise production schedules and budgets, ensuring target dates are met.
• Monitor and supervise unscripted productions according to Sony's processes.
• Support the design process and production strategy for the Unscripted department.
• Collaborate closely with production crews on different unscripted shows.
• Scout new talent for production, directing, and writing to meet the Unscripted department’s needs.
• Work with the Unscripted department on project development, from inception to final delivery to the client.
• Identify key trends and characteristics dominating the unscripted genre in the market.
• Provide creative input during the production development process.
• Prepare for meetings and reviews, ensuring thorough notes and understanding of client needs.
• Resolve production issues in line with Sony's policies.
• Thoroughly review projects, enhance ideas, and estimate costs.
• Analyze upcoming projects, identify opportunities, create strategies, and implement steps for efficient results.
• Collaborate with the department head on delegating assignments and project deliveries.

Preferred Education:
• BA or BS degree in Communication, Production, or related area.

Knowledge & Skills:
• Languages: Fluent in English.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Adobe graphic design package, and Movie Magic.
• Production Skills: 5+ years of TV production experience, 3+ years overseeing projects as a Line Producer, Producer, or similar roles.
