Personal Assistant To Multi-Hyphenated Actress Needed // Studio City, CA

Location: Los Angeles, CA (with frequent travel)
Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000 (based on experience)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Personal Assistant to support a high-profile actress who also runs a growing production company and business ventures. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in the entertainment industry, who is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
•Provide day-to-day personal support to the actress both at home and while traveling
•Run errands, manage packing/unpacking for travel, and organize PR packages
•Maintain and organize wardrobe/closet, coordinate with stylist to track looks
•Handle light administrative tasks including booking travel and accommodations
•Liaise with glam team and schedule appointments as needed
•Act as a point of contact for vendors, team members, and collaborators
•Accompany the actress on set when filming out of town to assist with setup and logistics
•Ensure discretion and confidentiality in all matters
•Manage occasional social media tasks or content organization (as needed)

What We're Looking For:
•Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting a high-profile actor/actress
•Young, energetic, and adaptable with a ''no task is too small'' attitude
•Social media savvy and pop culture aware
•Flexible schedule with availability to travel (passport ready)
•Highly professional, discreet, and trustworthy
•Excellent communication and multitasking skills
•A team player who is eager to support and go above and beyond
