This is a Full Time Job
The Digital Producer is the key liaison between the client and the internal creative team. The Digital Producer works with SVPs, account manager(s), and the creative team to execute the approved creative strategy and social marketing plans. The Digital Producer is responsible for managing the production process of all creative assets for our clients. Creative includes all promotional materials for all campaigns but are primarily geared towards digital/social.
What you'll do
• Participate and/or lead project kickoffs and brainstorms
• Weave the realities of production with strong creative ideas, ensuring the proper balance of "pushing the envelope" and feasibility during the ideation and planning stage
• Oversee end-to-end production of large, multi-faceted digital campaigns, and live productions
• Manage the development and execution of detailed production schedules and plans in order to keep all teams working towards a common goal
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors
• Participate in resource planning to anticipate team bandwidth, length of allocation, etc. for each project
• Support Community Management as needed on Projects
• Manage project hours and revisions in order to stay within scope of the budget
• Maintain and create Trello boards for all projects, forecast calendar, manage asset distribution, and maintain a complete project file on the server
• QA all deliverables
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
• You are a creative problem solver
• 3-5 years of project management and production experience within the entertainment space
• Associates Degree in a related field
• Extensive experience producing for video and social media content, and producing experiential activations and/or live events is highly preferred
• Experience leading relationships with clients and educating them on the nuances regarding the creative process
• Highly organized and adept at balancing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in Community Management
• Able to thrive in high pressure, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
• Caring collaborator, accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of both internal and external stakeholders
