Job Description
Senior Vice President Support Responsibilities
• Provide support to the Senior Vice President at starpower, including drafting and managing correspondence and communications, project management, and coordinating special events
• Compile and manage various reports, including client/project pipeline and forecasting documents
• Prepare presentations and meeting materials, conduct research and gather all necessary information prior to meetings
• Coordinate team meetings, prepare agendas, and organize and track agenda items, produce/send team /agency communications
• Perform other duties as assigned
Talent Procurement (Talent Casting & Negotiation)
• Participate in the Talent Procurement process for public relations, advertising, digital and influencer marketing campaigns
• Participate in internal talent casting sessions / brainstorming sessions
• Conduct outreach to Talent and their representation (agents, managers, publicists, etc.).
• Manage talent vetting process and facilitate background checks (via third party service provider)
• Develop client-facing materials, including casting sheets, scopes of work, budget trackers, formal offers, Long-form Agreements
• Participate in the negotiation of Formal Offer and Long-form Agreements on behalf of brand and agency clients
Campaign Execution & Management
• Participate in campaign management & coordinating logistics
• Facilitate Talent approvals of campaign materials
• Track/document all Talent approvals
• Maintain Contract Tracker for each campaign
• Create campaign recap documents (as needed)
• On-site management at Talent Work Days (as needed)
General
• Monitor and mine sports & entertainment news publications, social media channels, blogs, and broadcast to identify opportunities and relevant information for clients
• Manage and participate in day-to-day communications with clients and internal team
• Attend in-person client meetings, and new business pitches
• Participate in presentations to clients and prospective clients
• Coordinate and participate in conference calls between starpower account teams, and clients, agents, etc.
• Schedule and attend weekly in office Talent Meet & Greets
• Participate in data entry, evaluation and database management; leverage agency tools, technology and database to analyze and provide data for clients
• Assist in the overall growth of the agency, including new business & networking
Job Requirements
• We live and breathe pop culture, so we expect our Senior Account Executives to have an innate passion and curiosity for pop-culture/entertainment (entertainment, sports, music, fashion and beauty celebrities, athletes, musicians and digital influencers), as well as the overall business of pop-culture and entertainment
• Digital/social media savvy
• Creative, flexible and self-motivated
• Experience interacting with brands, agencies (public relations & advertising), athletes, celebrities, agents, managers & publicists
• Strong organizational, written and verbal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
