Social Content Coordinator

The Social Content Coordinator is an entry-level, full-time position in the digital department reporting to the Head of Digital Content. The position is responsible for uploading daily content, executing strategies for increasing engagement, and collaborating on the ideation and production of original activations and features. We are a small and collaborative team, so the ideal candidate will possess a hardworking and enthusiastic team mentality oriented toward the growth of the agency. They will show sound judgement, an ability to work independently under departmental direction, and communicate ideas effectively. An interest in fashion, entertainment and visual media is helpful.

Responsibilities:
Source & post user-generated content from SWA artists & popular instagram accounts
Post daily red carpet images, press and editorial content
Monitor social analytics & insights through Instagram app & Planoly
Update/maintain social calendar and scheduling tool (Planoly)
Write captions/commentary on social posts and engage with community; respond to community requests on social
Maintain conversations with SWA artists, brands & industry creatives via social
Source archival & inspiration images for social activations
Act as an internal resource on industry trends, news, social & cultural events

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in communications, marketing, PR, journalism or other related field
Proficient use of all social platforms, with emphasis in Instagram
Proficient at interpreting analytics & industry trends
Intuitive understanding of the dynamic relationship between branding and sales
Interest in fashion, beauty, entertainment and/or photography is helpful

This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits including health insurance and 401K. Salary is commensurate with experience.
