Streamland Media IT is seeking an IT Manager who will support the continual operations and improvements of end user support across all Streamland business unit technical teams interfacing with end users. In addition, the IT Manager provides direct end user support for the corporate team and C-Suite.
The IT Manager will also perform day-to-day activities in Streamland's M365 environment including onboarding and offboarding processes, changes in license types and other associated functions to help support day to day operations. This includes working closing with our Information Security Team as a contributor.
Responsibilities:
Manages ticketing system, service improvements and missioned to improve overall end-user support provided direct and by business unit technical teams.
Provides technical software, hardware, and network problem resolution for clients by performing problem diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
Provide implementation of seat management lifecycle processes to oversee the provisioning, tracking, configuration, support, maintenance, upgrades, refresh and end of-life for designated and approved hardware and software.
Deploy and manage Desktop and Laptop hardware and software (e.g., operating system, personal productivity, office automation software, and modal applications residing on users' devices).
Develop IT process and policies to improve the end user experiences and mature IT practices.
Deploy (corporate-wide, but within BUs assist) security updates and patches, security vulnerability agents, SIEM agents, and antivirus/EDR solutions.
Participate in the Incident Response process upon notification from both internal and external SOC Teams
Assist the Information Security Team with metrics, forensics, logs analysis, and information queries.
Qualifications:
Experience supporting end user and VIP computer support issues and resolutions.
Experience with Freshworks /Freshservice ticketing system administration (or similar)
Experience supporting O365/M365 services within a medium sized organization.
Knowledgeable with Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD).
Experience with OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
Expertise in developing IT knowledge articles.
Experience with third party single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.
Ability to team with functional divisions to define IT process supporting practice areas and contribute to IT projects as a resource
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within groups while managing multiple activities and/or tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Intune, EMS, Windows PowerShell.
Experience with AAD, DNS and SSO and MFA
Experience with EDR deployment such as Sophos and FortiEDR
Microsoft M365 Certification(s)
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
7 years of practical experience in Information Technology in supporting end users and systems.
