Job Description:
Live Nation is seeking a Stagehand to assist in various aspects of stage production, including band equipment load-in/out, stage setup, and supporting audio/lighting crews during events at The Summit. This role requires working closely with the Stage Manager and production crew to ensure seamless event execution.
Responsibilities:
• Load-in and load-out of band and rental equipment.
• Assist with cabling, lighting, and audio crew setup as directed.
• Facilitate band set changes and ensure all required items are available for the performance.
• Communicate event details to the production crew.
• Hang show banners, update marquees, and set up other venue signage.
• Coordinate food trays for the band in the Music Hall.
• Assist with spotlight operation if required.
• Maintain and repair sound, lighting, and stage equipment.
• Secure house backline, supplies, and maintain curtains, drapes, and other staging items.
• Ensure safe and clean stage operations and assist with special events when necessary.
Requirements:
• Experience: 3 years of experience in tour and stage production, including knowledge of stage lighting, pro audio systems, and video systems.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications, organizational skills, communication, and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a moderately loud environment.
Salary:
$18.29 - $20.00 per hour, based on market location, skills, and experience.
Work Schedule:
Flexibility to work event hours, including weekends and evenings, is required.
