Festival Agent Internal Ticketing - Careers At Sundance Institute
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Festival Agent, Internal Ticketing is charged with fulfilling internal ticketing requests for departments such as Advancement, Press & Industry, and Artist Relations for the 2024 Sundance Film Festival.
Working closely under the direction of the Manager, Ticketing Operations, the Festival Agent, Internal Ticketing supports Sundance Institute?s commitment to creating a seamless Festival experience for all our internal patrons, including our filmmakers, press and industry, and donors.
This temporary position works full time from Wednesday, December 11, 2024 through Tuesday, January 28, 2025 and will be required to work extended hours, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet key deadlines and respond to on-call needs as assigned. This position must be based within a communicable distance to our Park City, UT office in order to work onsite in a hybrid capacity throughout its employment. There will be ample opportunity for remote work leading up to the Festival in January. A total of five (5) roles are available.
Top priorities include but are not limited to?
• Processing internal ticketing requests within 24 hours or less of initial request.
• Following all guidelines, documents the receipt and distribution of all transactions.
• Filling all special ticket orders prior to the selection time period.
• Ensuring that Payment Card Industry (PCI) Compliance is observed (credit card handling standards) with all credit card information received.
• Routing all ticketing requests that fall outside of guidelines for Manager approval.
• Notifying the Manager of all ticketing system problems or inaccuracies.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date ticketing documentation on each group of guest donors, filmmakers, press, and special guests.
• Assisting the Ticketing Operations Department with fulfillment of pass/packages and ticket selection as requested.
• Providing written feedback to be included in the department wrap report.
You have the following direct or transferable skill sets:
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• 1 year of administrative or customer support experience or related.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with a variety of people.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
