Take 3 Talent is Expanding - Seeking a TV/Film Agent
Take 3 Talent, a full-service, bicoastal talent agency, is expanding and looking to bring on an experienced TV/Film Agent to join our team!
This position offers the opportunity to work with a pre-existing roster of established, working actors while also building and expanding a personal client list. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of securing auditions and bookings for talent in film, television, and streaming projects, as well as strong, pre-existing relationships with managers, casting directors, and producers in the industry.
Ideal candidates must have 2+ years of agency, management, or casting experience to qualify.
Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking an ambitious, well-connected professional with deep industry relationships, a passion for talent representation, and an entrepreneurial mindset. The right candidate will be someone who is:
-Highly networked in the TV/Film space, with strong relationships among casting offices, showrunners, studios, and production companies.
-Experienced in navigating and utilizing casting breakdown platforms, including Casting Networks, Breakdown Services, and Cast It Talent.
-Skilled in negotiation, contract review, and working with SAG-AFTRA contracts.
-Strategic and proactive in seeking new opportunities for talent, advocating effectively on their behalf, and expanding the agency's footprint in the scripted entertainment space.
-Comfortable using InEntertainment, Active Pitch, and other agency software (strongly preferred but not required).
-Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
-Manage and actively pitch a roster of actors for TV and film projects.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with casting directors, showrunners, producers, and other industry professionals to secure top-tier auditions.
-Leverage personal industry connections to create new opportunities for both talent and the agency.
-Submit actors for roles using Breakdown Services (Actors Access), Casting Networks, Cast It Talent, and other industry tools.
-Negotiate deals, contracts, and terms for talent, ensuring the best opportunities and compensation.
-Create compelling email pitches and casting packages that effectively showcase talent.
-Scout, recruit, and sign high-caliber talent to expand the agency's roster.
-Stay up-to-date on industry trends and upcoming projects, proactively seeking out opportunities.
-Clearly communicate priorities, deadlines, and strategic goals to the Senior Agent and team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Compensation & Work Structure:
Highly competitive commission structure, supplemented by a short-term stipend to support the transition.
Hybrid work model - requires 2-3 days per week in our NYC office (Midtown Manhattan).
