Sales Commercial Producer
Location: 4001 Nebraska Ave., NW, Washington, D.C.

Job Description:
NBC4 and Telemundo 44 in Washington, D.C. are looking for a creative and motivated Sales Commercial Producer to join the Brand Marketing team. This role involves producing commercial content for video, digital, and social platforms in both English and Spanish. The producer will collaborate with the Sales, Community, News, and Brand Marketing teams to meet clients' needs and produce multi-platform content.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with various teams to understand clients' and audiences' needs.
• Conceptualize and pitch ideas to clients.
• Write commercial and promo copy in English and Spanish.
• Produce multi-platform content, including video, digital, and graphics, to support sales and branding efforts.
• Direct videographers, editors, and graphic designers throughout the production process.
• Shoot and edit video, create graphic designs, and produce special projects to promote NBC4/T44 brands.

Qualifications:
• Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial production, including writing, producing, and directing.
- At least 2 years of hands-on non-linear editing experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with digital video cameras.
- Strong knowledge of production and post-production techniques.
- Willingness to work in Washington, D.C., with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premier Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience in digital video production.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.

Salary:
$65,000 - $85,000 per year.
