he Marketing and Programs Coordinator for the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation will support the Foundation's community engagement goals by coordinating social media, managing marketing efforts, and facilitating program-related initiatives. This role is essential to maintaining the Foundation's online presence, collaborating with internal departments, and enhancing community impact through marketing and outreach.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Coordinate and maintain the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation's social media presence across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Develop, schedule, and post content that highlights Foundation programs, events, and community stories in collaboration with the Rangers marketing team.
• Create a social media content calendar to ensure consistent engagement and timely coverage of Foundation activities.
• Work with marketing team members to produce graphics and videos as needed.
• Update and manage Foundation and community sections on the Rangers' website to ensure accurate and current information.
• Support the Senior Director of Community Outreach with coordinating programs throughout the year.
• Serve as the point of contact for coordinating Foundation projects with the Rangers marketing department.
• Identify and engage social media partners to amplify the Foundation's messaging and outreach.
• Support ticket distribution initiatives for community partners and fulfill ticket donation requests.
• Oversee the Commissioner Initiative program, ensuring alignment with Foundation goals and community impact.
• All other duties as assigned,
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Nonprofit Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with social media management, content creation, and marketing coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
