Intern - Press Box

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: • Must be available all gamedays. • Be a part of our gameday staff and operate various roles of the press box: - Videoboard Operator - Trackman Data Operation - DakStats Operation - Sound Board Operator - Pitch Clock Operator • All other duties as assigned . PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Graduated or currently enrolled in a related program (Broadcasting, Communications, Audio Production, Engineering, etc) • Strong interest in earning entry into the sports industry with a focus on Facility Operations. • Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work with your hands and in adverse weather conditions. • The ability to work independently and in a team setting. • Possess strong time management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. • Ability to work flexible hours throughout the entire season for not only baseball games but also outside events. • Strong desire and pride in the workplace and its overall operation to make it the best in sports. • Possess strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented. • Possess experience in general maintenance with a basic knowledge of basic tools. • Ability to conduct self professionally both in personal appearance and attitude. • The ability to have fun while performing any task. • Be a leader in customer service.
