Internship Start Date/Season: Immediate
Internship Duration: As long as you are available to work alongside. This can be according to your college semester or best availability
Time/Days Required: Ideally 3 days but remote
Workplace Requirements: Access to personal computer and internet
• Assist senior publicists and management team with daily tasks.
• Interact with internal departments to carry out client requirements such as scheduling; advertising; monitoring account activities; and managing production activities.
• Coordinate with news media as assigned, in development of appropriate news stories.
• Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect records.
• Assist in the general organization of the office when it comes to research and overall productivity of the supervisors.
• Work on the creation of press releases, pitches, media alerts and press kits.
• Shadowing and attending red carpet events, photoshoots, interviews, on-set assignments.
• Interact with clients on a need-by-need basis.
• Assess client social media accounts
