Intern - Lifestyle Public Relations

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Boutique lifestyle PR firm specializing in lifestyle/beauty/home and fashion seeking a motivated, superstar intern who is interested in joining an inspiring, creative and talented team.

Intern responsibilities include the following:
Work alongside a team of inspiring, creative and motivating all-star PR mavens.
Assist with daily creative client and content strategies.
Write and craft effective and creative email pitches and press releases.
Update, manage media lists
Attend events
Work with editors and producers
Be a part of securing national, regional and local press for clients.
Update clients Facebook, Twitter + YouTube Pages - Please be an avid Instagrammer!
Co-pilot and learn how to maintain a client account
Work closely with clients/clients needs and learn how to produce detailed monthly progress reports.
You will essentially depart with enough skills to secure a job as a PR Assistant.

We seek hard working self-starters that can keep up with a fast paced environment. Schedule is flexible- interns typically work 10-15 hours a week (you choose days) from the hours of 10:00am to 3:30 Monday-Thursday some days are remote work as needed per your schedule.

Minimum 4 month commitment.
