Marketing Internship
Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team at The Code. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced entertainment industry. As a Marketing Intern, you will assist in promoting our artists, events, and projects, while learning the ins and outs of marketing strategies tailored to the entertainment world.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing insights for optimization.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials such as graphics, videos, and digital assets.
Write copy for social posts, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
Event Promotion:
Support the planning and execution of promotional events, tours, and launch parties.
Assist in coordinating logistics and ensuring marketing materials are available for events.
Market Research:
Conduct research on trends, audience behaviors, and competitors in the entertainment industry.
Identify new opportunities for marketing and promotional growth.
Data Analysis:
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics or social media insights.
Prepare reports summarizing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Administrative Support:
Maintain organized records of marketing projects, schedules, and expenses.
Assist with communication between the marketing department and other teams.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Entertainment Management, or a related field.
Passionate about the entertainment industry, with a keen interest in music, film, or live events.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Analytical mindset and familiarity with data tracking tools is a plus.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
