We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and organized self-starter for an Assistant position in our NY TV Literary department. Must be passionate about the television industry and able to work on-site, 5 days/week in our NYC office. This is an immediate hire position.

JOB DUTIES:
• Responsibilities include rolling calls, providing administrative and client support including reviewing materials.
• Scheduling meetings as well as coordinating with casting directors, managers, and publicists.
• Working with top executives, production companies, and key players across the entertainment industry.

SKILLS & QUALITIES:
• Interest in the television industry.
• Detail-oriented, motivated, superior communication skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and expectations.
• Excellent written/verbal professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to handle highly confidential information with discretion.
• Positive attitude, highly organized, and ability to work well under pressure.
