This is a Full Time Job
The Option Agency is seeking an experienced model print agent to lead our team.
• Minimum 4 years experience booking models with clients
• Highly organized
• Sales driven mentality
• Salary is negotiable and based on experience
Duties include:
Submit talent for projects, schedule go-sees/castings, and book talent in LA and nationally.
Maintain talent schedules (personal, school, etc.) and client calendars (castings, jobs. etc.).
Keeping imagery and information updated within talent utilizing a talent management system.
Negotiate rates, oversee agreements, manage booking details, and invoice for completed jobs.
Researching and procuring new clients and maintaining a list of existing accounts.
Maintaining positive relationships with models and clients.
Help to scout for models both online and in person.
