Job Requirements
• Responsible for managing Phillies and Citizens Bank Park social media accounts
• Further develop, own and manage the ''voice'' of the Phillies and Citizens Bank Park across all social platforms, monitoring accounts on an on-going basis and engaging in real-time customer service
• Assist with creating and schedule content across all platforms including: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, Medium and others
• Decipher the correct medium to convey an idea or concept through a multitude of channels
• Manage and execute content calendar for all social channels, initiatives and events
• Engage in constant conversation across social channels to deepen the organization's connection with our fans
• Field requests from departments for social media coverage needed
• Develop regular, detailed reports on social performance and analytics, and utilize KPI's to assess strategies
• Keep current on social trends and emerging platforms
• Support the advertising sales team in the planning and coordination of sponsored partner initiatives and activations
• Oversee strategy for such content including in-game coverage, team news & info, mascot and community initiatives, among others
• Collaborate with various internal and external content creators (designers, video editors, etc.)
Qualifications/Proficiencies:
• 2-3 years' experience in social media, marketing, communications, journalism, advertising or equivalent related work or educational experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to identify high-quality content pieces
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) strongly preferred and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
• Deep understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
• Familiarity with Mirrorless cameras, social analytics tools
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to collaborate and work independently successfully
