Production Manager
Location: Fully remote (agency based in Los Angeles, CA)
The Refinery is an award-winning entertainment advertising agency specializing in creative digital, A/V, and print campaigns for theatrical properties and television/streaming content. This role involves overseeing deliverables, maintaining QC standards, and managing large-scale campaigns while mentoring junior designers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the client template and spec requirement database.
• Develop and maintain thorough QC sheets for projects.
• Execute deliverables flawlessly, meeting client and printer specifications.
• Manage large-scale out-of-home (OOH) campaigns independently and with a team.
• Produce final mechanicals, type, and templates.
• Mentor junior production designers in creative and technical skills, including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
• Act as a substitute for the Senior Production Manager when necessary, including QC oversight, staff scheduling, and cross-functional team collaboration.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in entertainment advertising (agency or client-side) is mandatory.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
