We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager on our digital team at The Shalizi Group. We're looking for a highly inventive individual with a sharp awareness of digital trends, fueled by a genuine passion for dance music and a solid grasp of marketing, data analytics, and audience expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement innovative artist marketing strategies and content plans, working closely with the Label Manager, in-house Creative team, and external artist teams.
• Drive the growth of our artists' and label's audiences across all digital platforms.
• Oversee Meta and Google Ads, developing campaigns and analyzing and reporting on performance.
• Act as a primary point of contact for digital marketing efforts, taking full ownership of projects from conception to completion.
• Stay ahead of the digital landscape to plan, implement, and manage a slate of releases that connect with contemporary audiences.
• Create compelling visual narratives that bring each campaign to life while staying within budget and deadlines.

Requirements:
• Passionate about dance music and want to join a fast-growing team
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, digital sales, or influencer marketing or other music industry marketing roles
• Experience with content creation tools (e.g. Photoshop) and video editing software (e.g. Capcut)
• Deep understanding of key marketing platforms and techniques (CRM tools, pixel retargeting, social media advertising, Google Suite).
• Experience with analytics platforms like Spotify for Artists, Apple Music for Artists, and Chartmetric
• Capable of planning and executing release plans and artist growth initiatives.
