We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team. In this role you'll help develop creative for both marketing and merchandising across digital and print. Must have good team working skills and the ability to develop art from direction as well as developing concepts from scratch to final execution. The role is demanding of motivated individuals who works well under pressure and wants to grow along side one of the industries rapidly growing companies.
Organization & communication is key to execute on said role and leadership skills are a plus to help develop additional skills within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in design process from concept to execution (Discovery/Moodboard/Sketches/Design)
• Deep understanding of developing creative for merchandising, social, print, web, and mobile.
• Research into current graphic trends and communicating these trends to the design and marketing teams.
• Manage workload and deadlines to deliver creative solutions in a timely manner.
• Developing social media banners from a release related to music or merchandise.
• Motion graphics / Video edits in Premiere for releases related to music or merchandise.
• Tik Tok / Reels cut downs and edits in Premiere.
• Creating / Developing pitch decks for artists managed under TSG.
• Resizing images to specific ratios for digital ad campaigns.
• Developing unique and creative posts for social that our artist roster can tap into.
Requirements:
• Portfolio (please attach link or copy to your application)
• Experience in a design role (agency, studio, or in-house for ecommerce/retail preferred).
• Illustration skills preferred
• Proficiency in Photoshop
• Proficiency in Illustrator
• Proficiency in InDesign
• Proficiency in Premiere
• Proficiency in Technical Design (Techpacking for Screenprint Projects)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to maintain quality under pressure and while delivering multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail
