We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team at The Shalizi Group. In this role you'll help develop creative for both marketing and merchandising across digital and print. Must have good team working skills and the ability to develop art from direction as well as developing concepts from scratch to final execution. The role is demanding of motivated individuals who works well under pressure and wants to grow alongside one of the industries rapidly growing companies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in design process from concept to execution (Discovery/Moodboard/Sketches/Design)
• Ability to maintain quality under pressure and while delivering multiple projects.
• Deep understanding of typography for social, print, web, and mobile
• Strong attention to detail
• Research into current graphic trends and communicating these trends to the design and marketing teams.
• Manage workload and deadlines to deliver creative solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements:
• Portfolio (please attach link or copy to your application)
• Minimum 4+ Years experience in a design role (agency, studio, or in-house for e-commerce/retail preferred).
• Illustration skills preferred
• Proficiency in Photoshop
• Proficiency in Illustrator
• Proficiency in InDesign
• Self Motivated and Accountable
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to communicate creative ideas effectively
• Team oriented and ability to lead
