Job Description:
Disney is hiring an Administrative Support Assistant for the Sourcing & Procurement Department in EMEA. The role includes managing department admin tasks, supporting project needs, and assisting the Director’s agenda planning, travel, and communication requirements. This is a primarily in-office role with four days onsite and one remote day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage KPIs, contract renewals, and administrative tasks for the Sourcing team
• Assist with Director’s meetings, emails, reports, and document preparation
• Handle travel arrangements, expenses, and agenda management for the Director
• Contribute to team meetings, set agendas, and organize special programs (e.g., diverse suppliers)
• Create presentations, maintain templates, and draft routine reports
