The Enterprise Talent Acquisition team is responsible for overseeing functional recruitment for Disney's domestic business segments including Walt Disney Television, ESPN, The Walt Disney Studios, Direct-to-Consumer & International, Parks, Experiences & Products and Corporate. The group brings the expertise of attracting and identifying the highest performing talent in the marketplace while exceeding expectations and advising clients on the best candidate talent match for their organization.
As a consultative recruitment expert and leader, the Manager, Talent Acquisition leverages the enterprise vision, influence, and leadership expertise for managing the day to day execution of talent acquisition in support of the Accounting & Finance functions. Managing a team of 6-7 integrated talent acquisition recruiters and sourcers in varying geographies throughout the US, this leader will assist in driving and executing the team's functional talent strategy, leverage data to drive decisions, inform clients and partners and optimize our work while managing and developing staff capabilities needed to give us a competitive advantage.
This will be inclusive of ensuring the organization's construct, standards, resource allocation, and operational capacity align to TWDC's talent strategies and priorities. The Manager, Talent Acquisition will serve as an HR and talent acquisition leader responsible for:
• Executing Functional POD Strategies set forth by Senior Manager
• Providing technical, operational, day-to-day and situational guidance while managing workloads of professional-level employees and non-employees
• Ensuring exceptional service delivery and client relationship management
• Aggressively building talent communities and pipelines
• Creating and executing targeted sourcing strategies
• Managing and leading various ad hoc projects and workstreams

Operational thinking, collaborative integration, relationship management, a passion for data/storytelling and strong talent acquisition acumen are critical success factors for this role.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, develop and inspire an integrated team of recruiters and sourcers to execute functional talent strategies ensuring workforce diversity, integrated talent management, talent pipelining, next-generation and critical hard to fill needs are prioritized and aligned; ahead of demand
• Collaborates with key stakeholders and functional partners to ensure appropriate solutions are being delivered
• Lead by example in terms of overall perspective, being collaborative, eager to learn, strong coach/trainer to junior talent, positive attitude and detail-oriented
• Flexibly allocate and pivot resources through various volume cycles
• Establishing credibility with the business as a trusted advisor who provides expert advice relative to the integration of talent acquisition processes, programs and practices
• Collaborate with TA analytics partners and leverage data from available resources to tell an integrated talent acquisition story and lead regular report out discussions to all relevant stakeholders
• Consults clients on building a recruiting culture within their LOB's for networking, market positioning and being connected to top talent
• Conduct talent searches, inclusive of Executive level, for roles across The Walt Disney Company
• Develops, attracts and retains high performing talent within Talent Acquisition
• Promotes a culture of inclusivity and engagement
• Leverage advance data and analytics for workforce plans to drive business insights and ''tell the story'' within the data
• Identify and advance efficiencies for improving candidate experience, processes and evolving hiring practices
• Holding team responsible for adherence to talent acquisition policies and procedures
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 -7 years of experience in an enterprise corporate recruiting and sourcing environment, with emphasis on general administration and hard to fill disciplines
• Experience creating original sourcing/recruiting strategies as well as have the ability to effectively communicate sourcing/recruiting plans to all levels of clients within the organization
• Focus on ensuring that the recruiting team is providing Disney's standard of quality service for clients and candidates throughout the process
• Experience coaching and developing team capabilities
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with leaders and peers within the organization both within and across geographical markets
• Demonstrated ability to leverage internal and external partnerships
• Extensive sourcing capabilities leveraging modern internet tools and professional networking media
• Familiarity with mobile technology recruitment
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills
• Experience with Kenexa or an equivalent ATS, VMS, and Enterprise HRMS
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience leading/managing a team
• Finance & Accounting recruitment experience
• Experience fully leveraging a CRM or CMS
• Experience with Kenexa or an equivalent ATS, VMS, and Enterprise HRMS
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
