Education Requirements: Payroll management qualification
Experience: Significant experience in leading a regional payroll team for a large multi-national employer. Experience in retail business payroll is desirable.

Job Description:
The Payroll Manager EMEA will oversee the management of payrolls across multiple lines of business within The Walt Disney Company's EMEA region. This role includes leading the EMEA Time and Payroll team, managing diverse stakeholders, and supporting business changes through the implementation of best practice models and system solutions for 24+ countries.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support EMEA Payrolls from a centralized Time & Payroll (T&P) HUB.
• Ensure Payroll Processing meets or exceeds established Payroll SLA, controls, and compliance standards.
• Manage and develop direct reports to support succession planning and payroll operations.
• Act as senior escalation point for all Disney EMEA payroll service issues and resolve payroll related queries from employees and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with third-party payroll providers and internal partners to ensure timely and accurate payroll processes.
• Approve and oversee payroll reports and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.
• Support and provide cover for other Managers within the EMEA organization.
• Troubleshoot and improve SAP technical issues, ensuring operational efficiency.
