Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for company-wide operating and capital planning, quarterly and annual earnings and cash flow forecasting, annual operating plans and five-year plans, review of all major capital projects, monitoring of segment/business unit operating performance, direct finance support of corporate departments and various special projects. The group is also charged with developing presentations to corporate senior management and the Board of Directors regarding company financial performance. In addition, FP&A works closely with our Investor Relations and Public Relations Departments with respect to our ongoing investor and financial communications.
As a Senior Corporate Financial Planning Analyst in Corporate FP&A, you'd use data to inform and empower premier financial leaders, so they make the best possible decisions. Summary:
You'd join a dynamic team whose job is to work directly with finance leaders, both at Corporate and across the Disney businesses, by providing insight across the Company.

• Provide direct support for Enterprise Financial Services working with Sr Controllers and other their teams, to develop and analyze quarterly, annual and five-year operating plans
• Prepare dynamic messages for different audiences including Controllership, Tax, and Management Audit
• Engage in ad-hoc financial analysis, including special projects at the request of supported client's groups as well as other key leaders

Required Skills

Preferred Skills
• 2+ years of prior related work experience
• Background in the media and entertainment industry is a plus, but is not required

Education Requirement:
• Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, California is $103,400.00 to $126,200.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
