About the Role and Team
Disney's Talent Acquisition team is hiring for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Process & Solutions supporting our Executive Search and Campus businesses, as well as our Success Measurement function. The Talent Acquisition Process and Solutions team ensures TA professionals have the tools they need to discover, nurture, assess and advocate for talent, candidates have an experience worthy of Disney and our employees are supported in achieving their career goals.
This individual will lead the transformation of our full lifecycle recruitment, hiring leader, and candidate experiences. We are seeking a hard-working leader excited by curiosity, energized by relationships, and motivated to shape future practices and drive continuous improvement that matters.
What you will do
• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of talented managers and analysts to seek out solutions and drive organizational change.
• Act as a consultative thought partner, leveraging data-driven insights to align talent acquisition strategies with overall business objectives and tackle complex challenges, establishing innovative paths forward.
• Collaborate with global teams, leaders, and executives at multiple levels, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Represent the day-to-day experiences of recruiters and other talent acquisition professionals in enterprise Talent Acquisition decision making, ensuring superb execution of processes and experiences.
• Conduct needs assessments to inventory capabilities, identify gaps, and make informed recommendations that will increase effectiveness and streamline workflows.
• Anticipate needs and proactively develop solutions to address challenges.
• Identify commonalities across processes, pipelines, and tools.
• Develop and execute a content roadmap that includes core technology needs, ensuring alignment with desired business outcomes.
• Augment capabilities and solutions to modernize, automate, and differentiate Disney recruitment experiences.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• 7+ years demonstrated experience supporting a Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field
• 3+ years team leadership with shown success in leading teams through inspiration, development, organizational change, and operational effectiveness
• Consistent record implementing change within an organization, ensuring understanding, participation, knowledge and skill transfer, and ownership
• Superior organizational and process management skills as demonstrated by an ability to handle multiple detailed projects and drive towards results in increasingly dynamic environment
• Exceptional ability to make timely and effective decisions and produce results through planning and thought
• Consistent track record of evaluating project objectives and scope feasibility, gaining understanding, scheduling resources, and handling budget to plan
• Advanced communication and framing skills to deliver concise messages and stories across all levels of leadership
• Highly advanced ability to investigate, analyze and solve complex problems/issues
• Advanced persuasion skills when working with internal partners and external providers to resolve issues/problems
• Understanding of recruiting platforms/tools or technology and systems approach
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in executive search and/or sourcing space supporting talent acquisition practices
• Experience working in or leading a data analytics function, including a focus on performance measurement and ROI.
• Passion for staying ahead of industry trends and driving innovation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
The hiring range for this remote-possible position is $155,500 to $218,400 per year, which factors in v
