About the Role & Program
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team provides an opportunity to learn about the utilization of data for marketing purposes. We provide Disney businesses, such as Walt Disney Studios, Disney Channel, and Marvel, guidance on the optimization of marketing programs by learning about our customers.
What You Will Do
The Digital Marketing Intern will provide support to our Campaign Managers on the development and design coordination of email marketing creatives, audience segmentation, deployment of campaigns, as well as analysis of campaign performance.
As a Digital Marketing Intern, some of your responsibilities could be…
• Coordinating with various Disney Business Units to collect and prep/export assets for campaign execution
• Developing campaign reports
• Using Adobe Dreamweaver and Photoshop to develop email marketing creative, and export asset deliverables
• Assisting with monitoring CRM testing, campaign QA, and providing insights into campaigns from performance data
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Has great passion, excitement, and a willingness to learn more about the digital marketing industry
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of HTML
• Intermediate Photoshop User
• Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms such as social media, email, or paid search, as well as data analysis
• Able to be flexible, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced, changing, and growing environment
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient in working with cross-functional teams and comfortable working collaboratively with team members at all levels
• Ability to work independently and be a self-starter with flexibility and adaptability
• Strong guest service and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Background in Digital Marketing with experience in project management
• Experience with reporting tools (i.e. Advanced Excel, Tableau)
• Experience with email marketing tools (i.e. Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
• Knowledge of databases (i.e. SQL/Oracle)
• Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite Programs (i.e. Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator)
Education
• Currently enrolled or graduated within the past six months majoring in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a closely related program
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) before participation in the internship program OR must have graduated from a college/university within 6 months at the time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization
• Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program

Additional Information
• The approximate dates of this internship are June 2024 – January 2025
• This internship is located in Burbank, CA
• Fully available to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
• Able to provide own housing and provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

The pay rate for this internship in California is $21.70 per hour. Select benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, such as medical, financial and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
