Job Summary:
The Producer will lead video production efforts for Disney’s Digital Center of Excellence, managing content creation for social media, livestreaming, live events, and marketing campaigns. This role collaborates with designers, editors, and production staff to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content while maintaining Disney's strict branding guidelines.
Responsibilities:
• Lead video production for EPKs, live events, animated trailers, and livestreams.
• Collaborate with a team of producers, editors, and designers to ensure cohesive production execution.
• Oversee pre-production, production, and post-production processes, including lighting, filming, editing, and motion graphics.
• Manage livestreams and control room operations with expertise in technical aspects and live content formats.
• Direct talent, including executives and creative professionals, during filming.
• Review legal and clearance requirements and address challenges during pre-production.
• Utilize project management tools like Airtable for production tracking.
• Ensure delivery of videos adhering to creative and legal guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in video production (5 years preferred)
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Proficiency with broadcast equipment, cinema cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with social and digital marketing specs
Preferred Qualifications:
• Passion for entertainment and cultural trends
• Knowledge of Disney’s characters and titles
• Experience with large IPs and brand style guides
Compensation and Benefits:
