About the Role & Team
The Integrated Marketing & Synergy Team leads Synergy initiatives and custom multi- platform promotions to drive awareness, engagement and interest for Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures and Disney+. The team works with key partners across TWDC and with external media networks to amplify the paid media campaigns and build out media promotions for theatrical and streaming content.
This position will report to the VP, Integrated Marketing & Synergy.

Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the Integrated Marketing & Synergy teams, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings and conference rooms, answering phones/taking messages, and expense report submission
• Manage, organize, and update department electronic files (shared network folders) and printing of all necessary documents for the team
• Organize, update, and deliver team documents and databases
• Source, process, and traffic all creative assets
• Coordinate Partner film screenings, including submission for approval, track RSVPs and check-ins
• Keep current with industry trends and new advertising opportunities
• Assist on team projects above and beyond daily activities, as needed
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 1 year administrative experience at senior management level within the entertainment industry
• Excellent Computer Skills required – Strong proficiency with both PC and Mac, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Docs
• Familiarity with SAP
• Proven track record of prioritization and meeting deadlines, adept at making swift decisions and adapting to changing circumstances with ease and flexibility.
• Exemplary attention to detail coupled with the capacity to maintain professionalism even in high-pressure situations.
• Outstanding organizational skills and commitment to follow-through, capable of efficiently managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective interaction and transmission of information.
• Possesses a positive outlook and demonstrates proactive, resourceful, and adaptable qualities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering collaborative work environments and seamless coordination with fellow assistants and staff across all levels.

Education
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent experience
The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $52,400 - $70,200 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
