Director of Kids and Young Adults

Basic Job Tasks:
-Must have at least 1 year talent agency/management experience working with children
-Must be able to be a SAG/AFTRA franchised agent
-Great communication and multi-tasking a must
-Strong attention to detail and able to complete and stay on task
-Sign talent utilizing SAG/AFTRA talent contracts
-Advise talent on their careers with the agency
-Submit daily on the top casting sites
-Promote the agency through word of mouth and maintain relationships with industry professionals
-File paperwork and contracts when signing new talent
-Answer and make phone calls to industry professionals in order to promote our talent and the agency
-Other duties as needed of a talent agent

Minimum Requirements/Skills:
-Minimum 1 year of agency Exp.
-Strong Computer Skills
-Strong established casting relationships
-Familiar with major casting services and pitching and negotiation skills
-High school diploma
-College preferred
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check
-Must be or able to become sub-franchised
-This position is fully remote
Salary: Salary is 50/50 Commission Split
