Job Title: Director of Modeling & Print

Job Description: Full service SAG/AFTRA, WGA Signatory talent agency is seeking Commissioned, Qualified, and Experienced, Print/Modeling Agent.

Job Summary: Interview new talent and obtain employment for talent. Go over contracts and advise talent on their careers with the agency. Maintain relationships with industry professionals and promote the agency. We have current agency roster, but prefer applicants that already have established working clients within the industry.

THIS POSITION IS COMMISSIONED BASED

This Agency Position for a Print agent is perfect for someone that may already be an assistant and who are looking at taking their career to the next level or individuals who are looking for a change and interested in increasing their current commission splits.

Basic Job Tasks:
-Must have talent agency experience in the Print and Modeling divisions
-Great communication and multi-tasking a must
-Strong attention to detail and able to complete and stay on task
-Sign talent utilizing agency talent contracts
-Advise talent on their careers with the agency
-Submit daily on the top casting sites
-Promote the agency through word of mouth and maintain relationships with industry professionals
-File paperwork and contracts when signing new talent
-Answer and make phone calls to industry professionals in order to promote our talent and the agency
-Other duties as needed of a talent agent

Minimum Requirements/Skills:
-Minimum 2 year of agency Exp. in the Print and or Modeling Division
-Strong Computer Skills
-Strong established professional relationships
-Familiar with major casting services and pitching and negotiation skills
-High school diploma
-College preferred
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Salary: Position is straight commission with no base, but with very aggressive split.
