We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Social Media Influencers to lead our influencer marketing initiatives. This role will be pivotal in developing and executing innovative strategies to engage influencers, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement across various social media platforms.
Please note this is a Commission Position but will offer a healthy commission split for all brand deals, as well as a completely remote and flexible work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy aligned with company goals and target audience.
Influencer Relationships: Identify, negotiate, and build relationships with key influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators to foster long-term partnerships.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for engagement.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
College Degree Preferred
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative strategies.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
