Spring Intern - Talent Agency

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

Internship Start Date/Season: Spring 2025

Talent Agent Intern for busy bi-coastal talent agency located in Plano/Dallas. Job is 50/50 remote and in-person in Plano.

Looking for a Spring semester intern who will receive college credit as compensation (unpaid) and is available in January to cross-train remotely with current intern. Schedule is flexible with some remote and some in-person days starting in early January.

Duties: Organize databases of talent, clean up profiles, create spreadsheets of talent inventory, update and clean up accounts on casting platforms, reach out to talent to confirm and complete auditions, intake new talent forms and upload into I-Entertainment systems and follow up with talent and talent parent(s) for missing paperwork. Scout talent and schedule meeting with talent.

Skills: Entertainment industry knowledge or experience preferred, multi-tasking abilities, does not mind redundant data entry and organizing data/talent information. Experience with casting platforms such as Actors Access and Casting Networks preferred. Spreadsheet capabilities and great personal writing skills to communicate with talent.

Schedule: Flexible with preference for several blocked hours 1-2 days a week in office in East Plano and/or 1-2 part-time days remote per week.
