Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Talent Partnership Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing talent partnerships that align with our clients' strategic goals. You should be well-versed in the talent landscape across both new and traditional media. A strong interest in the wellness industry, along with an awareness of current trends, key players, and brands, is highly desirable. Knowledge of and/or relationships with key wellness talent is a major plus. Must be able to work in-office 3 days / week.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and pitch new clients for talent partnerships, driving business growth and expanding our network.
Coordinate and manage talent and influencer partnerships for our clients, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
Engage with marketing teams and C-level executives to align partnership strategies with broader business objectives.
Interface with the top talent agencies, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Work closely with the CEO and General Manager to support organizational goals and adapt to evolving program needs.
Draft deliverables and content plans, clearly outlining partnership objectives and expectations.
Identify and engage with emerging talent, staying ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills, essential for working directly with talent teams and helping them understand our clients' value propositions.
Maintain a flexible, proactive approach, comfortable working in a small team with shifting responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in talent partnerships, influencer marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the entertainment industry and talent landscape.
Passion for the wellness industry and familiarity with wellness trends and key market players.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
