RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support Talent Producer(s) and Executive Producer(s) in all aspects of talent relations; from pre-production (initial casting, onboarding new talent, travel etc.) to coordinating efforts to ensure talent readiness on production and supporting the social media team with marketing efforts.
• During production, must create and maintain talent grid and must be knowledgeable in travel arrangements (hotels, flights & ground transpo).
• Send daily call times to talent as well as glam team.
• Assist with facilitating with talent promo (photo shoots, promo shoots, personal appearances, and special events).
• Prepare all the necessary arrangements to ensure talent is ready for their call time.
• Anticipate talent needs on a daily basis to ensure their needs are met (food, meals, supplies, personal needs etc.)
• Enforce on-set policies to talent and crew members.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with talent, agents, managers, and internal Zeus departments to ensure smooth and efficient execution of talent requests.
• Work with the clearance department.
SALARY
• Negotiable Based On Experience
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
• Talent Agency & previous Talent Producing experience preferred
• Willingness to travel, and work long hours including weekends with short notice
• Willing to work in Los Angeles, CA
• Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Have a valid passport and drivers license
• Must have a laptop computer & vehicle
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
