Front Desk Manager

The Front Desk Manager is responsible for ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly, which includes handling phones, helping meet clients' needs, client services management, food orders and food presentation, keeping the office extremely tidy, co-managing our interns, regulating office supply inventory, and performing any tasks others need assistance with. This position is very client service-based, so attention to detail and being proactive is necessary.
This position is very important to the company, and we take filling it very seriously. We require someone who is an expert problem-solver, outgoing, energetic, detail-oriented, self-sufficient, hard working and possesses a can-do attitude. This is an ideal entry-level job for someone looking to enter the world of post-production.
Employment Details::
-$20/hr, about 20-30 hrs per week in office in Playa Vista
-Fully-stocked kitchen with coffee, snacks, lunch ingredients, etc.
