Ticketmaster is hiring a Customer Service Representative to answer inquiries via inbound calls, emails, and chats. This entry-level role involves handling a variety of ticketing issues and ensuring one-contact resolution for fans.
Responsibilities:
• Delivery Assistance: Change ticket delivery options (e.g., mobile entry, will call, print at home).
• Exchanges: Process ticket exchanges, including upgrades or event date changes.
• Refunds: Handle refund requests for extenuating circumstances.
• ADA Support: Assist fans with ADA seating or exchanges.
