We are currently hiring for the position of:
Coordinator, Ecommerce Merchandising
Reporting to the Director, Digital & Ecommerce, the Ecommerce Merchandising Coordinator will support the development and implementation of a variety of merchandising, marketing, and advertising campaigns, focused on building TIFF’s brand, TIFF Shop visibility, and supporting year-round and Festival programming
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Shall include but not be limited to:
• Managing new product uploads, category & collection builds, product detail maintenance, cross-selling opportunities, and promotional activities of TIFF ecommerce site (shop.tiff.net).
• Implementing best practices for SEO, pricing policies, creative assets, inventory, and/or pre-orders.
• Managing execution of 365 merchandising plan for TIFF Shop ecommerce site, with support of Director of Digital & Ecommerce.
• Collaborating with in-store, marketing department and org-wide cross-functional teams on Integrated Campaign calendar planning.
• Collaborating with other departments to provide strategic content for accounts to be shared across other e-Commerce platforms (Social Media Marketing, Email, & Paid Social as examples).
• Preparing campaign briefs and asset requests for internal teams; coordinating execution of and timelines around development of product asset deliverables (e.g. photoshoots for own merch, preparing email marketing briefs).
• Reporting on Ecommerce performance including KPIs, inventory management, and campaign performance, providing data-driven insight on customer shopping behaviours and trends.
• Liaising with external vendors and coordinating with internal teams to gather supporting Marketing details such as quotes, estimates, specs, asset delivery dates, etc.
• Ensuring all audience-facing materials have been reviewed and approved by the Marketing department to ensure brand and marketing standards have been met.
JOB GRADE & SALARY:
• Rate of pay: $25/hr

WORK LOCATION:
• Office Location: 350 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3X5
• Weekly in-office requirements:
• Minimum 2 days (November to May)
• Minimum 3 days (June to October)
• Festival Office Requirements: Full Time during Festival
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• A post-secondary degree/certificate in marketing, business, or communications (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years marketing or retail/ecommerce experience, with a focus on execution of integrated marketing campaigns
• Experience working with Shopify strongly preferred
• Previous experience working in an arts & culture and/or film environment is considered an asset
• Previous experience working with cultural community outreach is considered an asset
• Adaptable to a flexible work schedule including some evenings and weekends
• This position requires being in office on a regular basis.
