Line Producer

Job Summary:
The Line Producer will oversee the entire post-production process, acting as the primary liaison between clients and production teams. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client’s vision and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple post-production projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with editors, sound designers, and motion graphics teams.
• Oversee budgets, track expenses, and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the post-production process, managing expectations and ensuring smooth communication.
• Prepare and communicate production materials, including schedules, financial reports, and progress updates.
• Maintain seamless communication with internal teams and vendors for daily project reporting.
• Conduct final reviews of all outputs, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in client servicing, project management, or production management in the entertainment industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Fluent in English).
• Excellent organizational skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Adobe Premiere, Slack, Airtable, and After Effects.
