PRODUCTION CO-ORDINATOR - APAC
We are seeking an experienced Print Production Coordinator to join our client’s Marketing Production team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, working in-person at our Mumbai location. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns across the APAC region, specifically supporting the finishing, localization, and adaptation of various print and digital assets.
Position details:
• 6-month contract
• Ideally start in November or ASAP
• WFO, need to be local as they will be working from WTS / client office
• Mon – Fri work week
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
â- Handle multiple campaigns at various stages simultaneously.
â- Proactively solve problems while managing time, resources, and stakeholders efficiently.
â- Be solution-oriented, finding ways to achieve deliverables crucial to campaign success.
Asset Coordination & Management
â- Coordinate asset delivery, including file and folder management, ensuring timely completion.
â- Plan timelines for reviewing and providing feedback on multiple asset formats.
â- Keep internal asset and project management tools updated, gathering information from cross-functional teams.
Localization Knowledge
â- Understand each title’s asset suite and localization needs.
â- Collaborate with the Print Producer to ensure artwork availability for localization, managing deadlines for successful on-time delivery.
â- Brief internal and external teams on localization adaptations, ensuring accurate production across various formats and languages.
â- Oversee the quality control process using internal localization workflows and tools, managing everything from artwork to text and title treatments.
About You:
â- 3 years of experience in print and digital production.
â- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
â- Familiarity with tools such as Airtable, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
â- Strong organizational and time management skills.
â- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
â- Attention to detail and a meticulous nature.
â- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and comfort in a client-focused environment.
â- Ability to collaborate effectively on multi-functional teams
COMPENSATION:
Please note that the below range is payable via day rate (not hourly). Also note that all freelance work is paid via W2 payroll at Trailer Park Group.
Daily rate pay range for this position is below. If your requirements fall outside of the below pay range, we still encourage you to apply.
