Position: Production Coordinator
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $22 — $25 USD/hour
Trailer Park Group is a full-service agency specializing in content creation and entertainment marketing. We are seeking a talented Production Coordinator to join our TV & Streaming AV team. The Coordinator will liaise between clients and the agency to coordinate advertising campaign details, ensuring that all materials meet client expectations and are delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
• Support the TV & Streaming AV Division across all client needs
• Work with editorial, graphics, and production teams to meet client deadlines
• Help manage project flow from start to finish with clients and team
• Maintain records/files for completed and in-progress work
• Manage timelines and due dates
• Compress and post spots to Trailer Park’s FTP for client review
• Communicate with clients regarding posted spots, new materials, and requests
• Oversee the finishing process and ensure final assets are posted and shipped to TV Networks
Required Experience:
• 2 years of related experience in television post-production
• Must have technical knowledge of video frame rates and file formats
• Strong project management skills
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Skills Required:
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
• Must be well-organized and handle multiple projects
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative and proactive problem-solving skills
Workplace Requirements:
