POSITION SUMMARY
The Role:
Reporting to The Supervisor , Scaled Postproduction, you will join a growing team that manages Trailer Park clients' campaigns.
In this role, you will handle the QC of localized AV and Static marketing assets for global distribution. You are an extremely detail-oriented individual who is experienced in managing a large volume of assets in a high-speed, high-performance environment. You are a force of calm and good judgment as well as an adaptable person who revels in change and innovation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Technical and branding QC of Localized & versioned marketing AV and static assets to meet the specific requirements of each region.
• Take QC briefs from project managers/editors/designers through Teams and Airtable
• Note QC errors from Airtable Checklist and report them back for changes.
• Ability to Export and encode spots for review and for final delivery.
• Troubleshoot toolset inefficiencies and collaborate on post-production optimizations.
• Carry out simple edits of AV marketing material, including shot swaps and end card changes in After Effects and Premiere.
• Troubleshoot toolset inefficiencies and collaborate on post-production optimizations.
• Assist with the management of paperwork, assets, and related documents.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• 3 years Static and AV QC experience in an entertainment marketing agency, post house, or in film or episodic TV work. Short form preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Premiere, AfterEffects, Photoshop, and basic knowledge of Illustrator. Knowledge of Templater, DaVinci Resolve & Cinema 4D a plus.
• Ability to pick up new software and tools quickly.
• Deep familiarity with both current and burgeoning AV Postproduction workflows. This includes current and upcoming standards and best practices for codecs, frame rates, 4K.
• High attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
• Self-starter with an ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent organization and time management; able to prioritize large volume of work effectively and efficiently with tight deadlines.
• Language fluency in English and Hindi required, other Indian/APAC languages a plus.
