What will you be doing?
The Senior Studio Audio Engineer works directly with partners of Turner Studios to determine the technical and artistic audio needs of our high-profile studio and remote television productions.

This person also provides partners of Turner Studio with live or live to tape television audio mixing services.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide partners of Turner Studios with live or live-to-tape audio mixing with multiple microphones and machines for high profile studio or location television productions.
Designing the Sound for productions. Work directly with partners of Turner Studios to determine the technical and artistic audio needs of studio and remote television productions.
Perform light studio equipment maintenance to keep audio gear in peak operating condition and assist in the set up and strike of studio equipment.
Work directly with Turner Studios Engineering Department to troubleshoot audio equipment.
What do we require from you?
High School Diploma required; College Degree preferred
At least 10 years of mixing live programs
Strong understanding of audio signal flow
Strong understanding of digital audio equipment
Strong understanding of intercom operation and software
Desirable Requirements include:
Understanding of audio signal flow as it applies Turner Studios
Understanding of basic studio wiring
Scheduling of people when called upon
