United Artists Releasing, a Joint Venture between Metro Goldwyn Mayer (MGM) and Annapurna Pictures (Annapurna), is a U.S. theatrical releasing company. Built upon the legacy of the iconic United Artists motion picture studio, the joint venture provides a home where filmmakers are supported by thoughtful approaches to marketing, publicity, and distribution. United Artists Releasing offers content creators an alternative distribution option outside of the studio system and supports Annapurna and MGM's film slates as well as the films of third-party filmmakers.
Executive Assistant
- This role supports our President Marketing at United Artists Releasing by providing a smooth flow of communication, troubleshooting, and ensuring completion of a wide range of responsibilities.
This role will begin as a work from home position with return to our West Hollywood office when health guidelines permit.
Essential Job Duties?
Serves as a liaison between the executive, internal departments, and outside contacts
Maintains a professional, friendly demeanor even during hectic days
Manages a busy and complex schedule including coordinating meetings with both internal and external parties
Handles heavy phones (including logging, placing, and rolling calls)
Responsible for preparing meeting-related materials in addition to presentations
Assist with ad hoc projects and reporting
Prepares and processes expenses reports
Coordinates travel schedules and arrangements
Maintains record-keeping and filing system for all work
Maintains up-to-date contact lists

Qualifications?
1-3 years administrative experience in entertainment, media related industries, or an agency
Bachelor's degree preferred
Passion for marketing and film
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur
Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of employees, as well as outside contacts
Maintains a high level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
Ability to respond to change quickly and in a positive manner
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
Must be able to work on a team with willingness to assist co-workers as needed
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
