UTA is under limited hiring phase until further notice as we navigate global uncertainty and the current disruption to the industry.
For the Agent Training Program, this means that we will not be hiring for the foreseeable future. We are still accepting applications for our Agent Training Program, where we are conducting ''informational-only'' calls with eligible candidates for future consideration to the program
UTA's Agent Training Program is the industry's best known and most desirable due to our upfront investment in our new hires and our representation of pioneering artists, storytellers, entertainers, and brands.
Overview:
During the program Trainees are exposed to a wide spectrum of talent agency business practices and are given hands-on training necessary to become successful agents in all areas of entertainment. UTA is known for its illustrious client list, which includes many of Hollywood's leading actors, directors, writers, producers, recording artists, content creators, and influencers, as well as some of the world's largest and most recognizable corporations and brand names.
All trainees begin their agency experience working in the UTA Mailroom. During this initial phase, trainees learn the fundamentals of the agency business and build relationships that will last a lifetime. There will be curated training sessions via our best in class curriculum, UTA University. These classes will equip you with the necessary skills needed to operate on an agent's desk and thrive in an agency. Over the course of the program, trainees will be performing basic administrative tasks, covering desks for assistants and be exposed to client service procedures. Trainees will have the opportunity to work for agents and executives of all levels across all departments based on business needs.
Its strongly preferred that Agent Training Program applicants have a four-year degree from an accredited college or university to be considered. UTA hires qualified applicants for its Agent Training Program on an ongoing basis. Our program is full-time with benefits, offering opportunities at our Los Angeles, New York City and Nashville locations.
